BANGKOK FRIED RICE


Bangkok fried rice is a reminiscent of Tom Yam Fried. The recipe calls for "tomyam paste" , kaffir leaf, lemongrass and ginger flower. If you like it hot then add some bird's eyes chili. Serve with some salad and fried chicken. - AWESOME !!!!



Bangkok Fried Rice 4 cups cooked rice, cold or overnight rice

 200gm prawns and squids or any seafood you like
100 g chicken fillet cut into cube
1 egg omelete, shredded or finely sliced
Garlic, finely sliced
1 kaffir leave thinly slice
½ ginger flour thinly slice
1 lemongrass thinly slice
 3 tablespoon of Khimyan brand Thai Tom Yam Paste
3 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. Heat 3 tablespoon of cooking oil in a wok and stir fry the sliced garlic and 3 tablespoon of Khimyan brand Thai Tom Yam Paste until fragrant.
2. Add the prawns, chicken, squids, egg into the wok and cook for about 2 minutes.
3. Add the 4 cups of cooked rice and stir well.
4. Add kaffir leaf, ginger flower and lemongrass.
5. Toss well
4. Serve hot.
Nasi Goreng Bangkok Style ini sebenarya sama aje dengan Naso Goreng Tom Yam menggunakan pes tom yam dan bahan-bahanya sama juga dengan bahan tom yam yang lain seperto bunga kantan, daun limau dan serai..semuanya dihiris. Hendakkan sedap lagi hidangkan bersama ayam goreng dan salad. Sesuai dimakan bila-bila masa sahaja.
